DOM THATCHER

Dom is almost entirely self-taught musician and has gained a wide experience playing in a huge array of original bands covering a diverse range of music from Folk to Afro/Latin. His recent recordings have been with some of the UK’s finest musicians such as The Drezone (Funk/Soul/Jazz) Katie Bradley (Blues/Soul/ Jazz), and Isobel Thatcher (Blues/Americana/Country).

Dom uses his own teaching method focusing on fun, sound production, timing, memory and natural feel to establish elevated development and progression, plus music theory. Dom teaches beginner lessons from children aged 10, but is also happy teaching adults. Dom is also happy teaching grades on the Saxophone and Clarinet.
