Norman Treiger

My name is Norman Treiger. I have been teaching piano for many years (occasionally I give vocal guidance). I like to give the pupils choice of different styles of music. Many have taken Jazz and Classical ABRSM Exams. Several students have performed in Jazz open mic Events gaining an experience of playing in a band. 

Jazz studies allowe for creative input from the student improvisation and broadening the music material. Also, there are Quick Studies to improve playing by ear as well as reading. As Head of Jazz at Ebony and Ivory, I hope to help create many more opportunities for pupils to share music.
